In order to enhance team cohesion and enrich the lives of employees, SEONTEC company organized 

a dynamic team building activity last weekend, leading employees to walk into nature and experience 

a different kind of relaxing time. The activity was held in the beautiful mountains, providing employees 

with a dual experience of mountain climbing and raspberry picking.

Mountain Climbing: Challenge Yourself And Make Progress Together

In the morning breeze, colleagues began their hiking trip. Along the way, everyone encouraged each other, 

enjoyed the fresh air in the mountains, and gradually climbed to the top of the mountain. Although the 

climbing process was a little hard, colleagues persevered and helped each other, reflecting the team's 

cohesion and spirit of cooperation. Every time you climb to a new height, you can see the magnificent 

scenery of the mountains and forests, which brings everyone a different sense of satisfaction.

Raspberry Picking: Harvest The Sweetness Of Nature

The sun was shining, and everyone came to the raspberry plantation and experienced an interesting picking

 process. The branches were full of bright red raspberries, and colleagues were laughing and enjoying the fun 

of picking. Fresh raspberries not only satisfy everyone's appetite, but also bring spiritual satisfaction. Many 

employees also took the raspberries they picked home to share this gift of nature with their families.

Activity Review: Strengthening Team Relationships And Creating A Positive Atmosphere

This team-building activity not only allowed employees to relax in nature, but also enhanced communication 

and collaboration among colleagues. Through this activity, everyone deepened their understanding of each other
